Roadmap держит разработку Shop3 по фазам, reviewable и aligned with OpenCart conventions. Он фиксирует направление и текущий фокус, но не дублирует детальные архитектурные правила.

Phase Notes
- Phase 0 establishes workflow, OPS workflow, OC3 dev environment, repo foundation, naming conventions and base architecture docs.
- Phase 1 defines settings engine, config strategy, asset loading, helpers/services, cache and OC3/OC4 boundaries.
- Later phases cover design system, layouts, catalog, product page, theme admin, homepage builder, performance, ecosystem compatibility, OC4 migration and release engineering.
